Process
When you make the decision to work with Italian Granite, you can expect a best-in-class experience from start to finish. This process is designed to deliver your project on time within 14 – 21 days from the time we are awarded your business. Here is a step-by-step review of our process.
STEP 1
Consultation & Measurement
During the selection process we will schedule an onsite measurement or meeting to review your builder drawings. With this information, we will provide a quote for your review and consideration.
STEP 2
Slab & Profile
Selection
This is your opportunity to see and touch the slabs that will eventually become part of your daily lives. Selecting your unique slab from our inventory or preferred suppliers is your opportunity to imagine & create.
Profiles are the edge treatment our craftsmen apply to custom cut pieces from your slabs. You can choose from our standard profile selection that is included in our quote or premium edge profiles for an additional charge. STEP 3
Fabrication
When all selections are made, the next step is making templates (if necessary) and scheduling your project for fabrication and installation. Materials are transferred to the production area, where slabs are then cut and profiled on our state-of-the-art automated equipment. Our craftsmen then hand cut special shapes, cutouts for sinks, appliances, plumbing fixtures and shape premium profiles by hand.
STEP 4
Installation
On the date your installation is scheduled, our team of professionals are dispatched to your home or business. Once the installation is complete, Italian Granite goes to great lengths to leave your home or business clean and of course, looking better than ever!
